Refund and Returns Policy

In the event that the received item is defective, we will exchange the item for a new one, or we will refund the purchase price and collect the item from you within seven working days.

In the event that the received item is damaged during the delivery process, we will exchange the item for a new item or we will refund the purchase price and collect the item from you.

All refunds will be made in AED withing UAE, using the original method of payment used to pay for the order. 

Order Cancellation

Any cancellation of an order or item on your order should be made as soon as possible after order placement.

Cancellation of an order it should not exceed forty-eight hours from the time the order been placed.

If the order is cancelled after it is been out for delivery, we will only refund 50% of the order value.

To cancel your order or any part of the order, please email futureartonline.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to cancel.

Artwork Return Policy

Each product is made to order therefore we are unable to offer an exchange or refund in the event you ordered the wrong size or wrong product.

Any request for an exchange or refund is at our discretion.

Custom made types of goods are exempt from being returned.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or wrongly packed, not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 10 to 30 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Customers who paid by cheque or cash as there original method of payment, will be refunded within 14 days.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] .

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping charges for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • All product packaging (Frames, boxes, bags, documentation) must be returned with the item.
  • Any Artwork item returned without the above-mentioned items will be rejected.
  • Any Artwork item/s that have been damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery, won’t be accepted for return.
  • Please photograph the item/s for your records Before return.
